Strasbourg rejects OMO Ilinden-Pirin’s claim against Bulgaria

The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg rejected the claim filed by OMO Ilinden-Pirin for the trial against Bulgaria to be examined at a public debate of the Judicial Council, writes Macedonian Dnevnik daily.
The newspaper comments that OMO Ilinden-Pirin initiated a lawsuit against Bulgaria because the party was erased for the political party registry in 2006.

Leader Stojko Stojkov said he was disappointed with the ruling of the judges.

Meanwhile, OMO Ilinden-Pirin plans to file another request for registration. The new procedure will start ton April 22, at a meeting in the town of Melnik.
